INSIDE
The old workshop is a 2 bed-roomed bungalow, and has been totally refurbished by the present owners of Sunnydene Farm.
The master bedroom is 14' x 11' and is intended to sleep 2 Adults, it has a King size four poster bed, colour television, alarm clock/radio and ample clothes hanging space. The master bedroom also has it's own En-suite shower room complete with toilet and hand basin, the shower is generous in proportions and equipped with the latest thermostatic controls and a rain head, ideal for that morning "wake you up" shower.
The small bedroom is 12' x 12' and can sleep up to 3 persons, it too has a colour television and ample clothes hanging space.
and a night light just to keep the little ones "safe at night".
The lounge which is 17' x 11' this too has a colour television, mini HiFi with CD, cassette and radio, video, DVD player
and a computer with FREE internet access, which is ideal for local weather forecasts, tides and places to go and see.
The kitchen is 12' x 12' and is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. All cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, mugs etc are supplied - even a torch !
The main bathroom is 9' x 8', it has a toilet, hand basin and bath with hand shower head
The property is fully centrally heated, clean, modern and bright, linen is supplied and changed once a week.
Electricity and heating are also included in the price.
Also guests receive a welcome pack comprising of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and jam or marmalade.
OUTSIDE
At the front there is a hard standing for 2 cars, with a mature flower bed to the left and a semi paved area to the right, from there is a wide path which leads to the front door and access to the rear garden area.
The rear garden is mainly laid to stone, with a 18' x 18' Sun Patio at one end which is totally private and secluded.
The entire rear garden is surrounded by a six foot high fence and a lockable gate, making it suitable for owners of dogs.
The Sun Patio is sheltered from the wind and boy it gets HOT even on a cool day, just right for topping up that tan!
Also on the sun patio there is a barbecue, outdoor lighting, table and chairs.
